Interior panes and easy-reach balcony doors are available as an add-on. Exterior or high-rise glass typically requires a window-washing specialist—ask us to coordinate.
Light spot treatment is available. Full steam extraction can be arranged with our partner—tell us the number of rooms/areas for a quote.

You don’t need to be present. Provide a lockbox code, concierge key release, or door code. For houses, a garage/door code is ideal. We’ll text when we’re en route.
Please advise on visitor parking. If pay-parking is the only option, the client covers the parking fee on the invoice.
Yes—we’re pet friendly. For safety, please secure nervous pets and let us know if any rooms should remain closed.
Declutter surfaces/floors where possible, load dishes, and secure valuables. If you can’t tidy beforehand, no problem—we’ll work around and focus on cleaning.
Yes—we bring professional supplies and vacuums. If you prefer we use your products/equipment, tell us in advance.
We can clean with low-scent, eco-preferred options on request. For disinfecting or heavy degrease we may recommend standard products for results.
Yes—liability insurance and worker coverage. Certificates/COI available for property managers or office sites upon request.
Report within 24 hours with photos. We’ll review, repair, or replace per our policy. Please store fragile/irreplaceable items before service.
Duration depends on size/condition. Typical apartments: 2–4 hours; larger homes: 4–8 hours. We dispatch 1–3 cleaners to complete efficiently.
For safety we avoid: exterior/high windows, areas beyond a 2-step ladder, mold remediation, bio-hazards, pest removal, paint removal, and moving heavy furniture/appliances. We’ll advise alternatives.
We’ll do our best, but some stains or etched surfaces are permanent. We’ll communicate realistic expectations before starting.
If we miss something, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right as soon as possible.
Our policy is to re-clean areas of concern promptly. Refunds are considered if a re-clean is not possible.
Yes—after-hours and weekend schedules are available for commercial clients. We can provide checklists, lock-up procedures, and alarm sign-off.
Absolutely—itemized invoices with your PO/reference. Monthly consolidated billing available for multi-site clients.
